Klenlaundry.com accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of an online purchase. We can only exchange/return unworn products purchased from klenlaundry.com.

We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as KLeN will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit. Please include a note with your return/exchange explaining the steps you would like us to take, and your contact and shipping information.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us. For exchanges, you will get an email confirmation once your new KLeN items are on their way back to you.
